Karin Wardle is a self-taught artist…working in water colour and acrylic paint. She has lived in different places; Ottawa, Vancouver, Calgary and now in the East Kootenays.
Inspired by Winslow Homer, John Singer Sargent, John Turner in her art she is reacting to beauty around her….the mountains, pathways, rivers, skies and lakes….and people who are at home there. Seeing the hand and mind of a creative God, she is filled with passion to share her interpretation of a dance, a rhythm, a playfulness she senses.
